滞在型採用とは。

The short answer: stay-based hiring uses a short stay that includes ordinary daily time to deepen mutual understanding beyond an interview. KIBOU is piloting a third-party host model in which the host is not the hiring company.

KIBOUによる定義 v1.0

Stay-based hiring is an approach in which a candidate takes part in a short stay that includes ordinary daily time, so the candidate, a company, and a third party can deepen mutual understanding beyond what an interview alone can show.

In KIBOU's third-party host model, a candidate spends up to two nights and three days in a host's home. The host notices concrete moments that happened while sharing time, not abilities on a score sheet.

A morning greeting. A conversation around the table. How someone asks about an unfamiliar rule. How they communicate when plans change.

What remains after a stay is a mutual record of moments each person saw. The host's role ends at sharing time and recording it; the decisions that follow belong to the conversation between candidate and company.

面接に、もう一つの層を重ねる

What an interview can reveal and what may emerge in ordinary daily time differ in kind, not simply in amount.

An interview can explore experience, motivation, and thinking in limited time. A stay also contains hours for which nobody prepared a question. It gives the candidate a chance to notice people and daily life around the opportunity, not only the company's presentation.

Stay-based hiring is another layer laid alongside the interview. The more material a conversation has, the less a single short method has to carry.

Japan's official internship framework divides student career support into four types and sets requirements for certain internships. KIBOU does not design a stay in a third-party host's home as the same thing.

第三者ホスト型の流れ

  1. Play the specific spaceLearn the household's rhythm and rules before visiting.
  2. Apply to that spaceEach home has its own quest; you play the one for the home you want to visit.
  3. Confirm mutual consentConfirm timing, house rules, and what may be shared.
  4. Spend up to two nights and three daysShare ordinary time rather than performing an assessment.
  5. Both record concrete momentsRecord what happened and how it felt, not a score.
  6. Continue into a company conversation with consentCompany collaboration is at pilot stage; records become conversation material within the scope you consent to.

分かること。分からないこと。

A stay does not make a decision certain. It adds concrete material before a decision: how someone asks, communicates a change, or shares a table. The candidate may also notice where they can be natural.

A few days show part of a person, and that is exactly why stay-based hiring is designed so no single method decides anyone. The moments a stay reveals gain their meaning when combined with interviews and dialogue.

向いている人、向いていない人

It may suit candidates who struggle to explain themselves in a short interview, people considering life and place as well as work, and companies wanting a conversation beyond the résumé.

It will not suit everyone. A fair design also needs a route where choosing not to stay does not create a disadvantage.

安全、同意、個人情報は別に設計する

Clearing a game records that someone understood the home and completed visit preparation. That is exactly why anything touching safety gets its own dedicated design.

Identity checks, emergency contact, house rules, stopping a stay, data sharing, correction, and deletion are designed as their own mechanisms, separate from the game. Employment, accommodation, and privacy rules are checked for each real implementation.

This page is not a legal classification or legal advice. It states KIBOU's proposed concept and current pilot boundaries.

現在地

KIBOU calls students, hosts, and companies members. We are testing a small path that links a game for each space, a stay of up to two nights and three days, and mutual records.

KIBOU turns the invisible guidebook once carried by word of mouth in one house into a game. The origin is what happened at Sonomanma-so in Ebisu.

Stay-based hiring is a definition we grow through practice, updating what it can do — and what it should honor — with each real stay.

よくある質問

滞在型採用はインターンシップですか?

No. KIBOU's model is not centred on work experience inside the hiring company and is not designed as an internship under Japan's official framework.

ホストが候補者を評価しますか?

The host does not score or decide. Both people record concrete moments and what they felt.

滞在すれば採用されますか?

No offer or employment is guaranteed. Company collaboration is at pilot stage, and records become conversation material only within the participant's consent.

なぜ泊まる前にゲームをするのですか?

To understand a home's culture and rules as a shared experience. Clearing it records preparation, not safety.
