QKIBOUとは、どんな仕組みですか？
A
30歳以下の若者が、家へ迎えるホストとその暮らしを体験用ゲームで先に知り、ホストの承認後に最大2泊3日を宿泊費0円で一緒に過ごす仕組みです。過ごして見えたことは双方へ返ります。A young person under 30 first learns about a host and home through a demo, then spends up to two nights and three days there at zero lodging cost after host approval. What each person notices returns to both of them.
Q「メンバー」とは、誰のことですか？
A
泊まるゲスト、家へ迎えるホスト、若者に機会を提供して支えるサポーターです。立場は違っても、このサービスで一緒につながりをつくる仲間として「メンバー」と呼んでいます。Guests who stay, hosts who welcome them into a home, and supporters who open opportunities for young people. Their roles differ, but all are members creating connections together through KIBOU.
Q泊まる人にかかる費用は？
A
宿泊費は0円です。交通費は本人負担です。食費や滞在中の実費は、申し込み前にホストと相談して決めます。登録だけで滞在が確定するわけではありません。Lodging costs zero. Travel is at the guest's expense. Meals and other costs during a stay are agreed with the host before the application is confirmed. Registration alone does not confirm a stay.
Q誰が利用できますか？
A
原則18歳以上、30歳以下の若者が対象です。受け入れの準備が整った家から、順にご案内します。KIBOU is for young people aged 18 to 30. We introduce homes in order as each one becomes ready to welcome guests.
Qいま泊まりに行ける場所はいくつありますか？
A
現在、公開中・受け入れ可能と案内できる場所は準備中です。登録済みの場所は日本22件・アメリカ2件の計24件ありますが、準備が整った場所から先行登録者へ順にご案内します。Homes that can be publicly listed as currently available are still in preparation. Twenty-four places are registered — twenty-two in Japan and two in the United States — and we will introduce them to early registrants as each one becomes ready.
Q本人確認はありますか？
A
泊まる人とホストの双方について、身分証・連絡先・緊急連絡先を確認します。確認方法は、申し込み前に別途案内します。We check identity documents, contact details, and emergency contacts for both the guest and host. The process is explained separately before an application.
Qゲームを終えたら、必ず泊まれますか？
A
いいえ。ゲームは家の過ごし方を先に知る入口です。申し込み後、日程や条件を確認し、ホストが受け入れるかどうかを決めます。ホストは断ることができ、ゲストも申し込まない・取りやめることができます。No. The demo is only an introduction to how the home works. After an application, the host reviews dates and conditions and may accept or decline. A guest may also decide not to apply or withdraw.
Qホストは食事や送迎を用意する必要がありますか？
A
必須ではありません。食事、送迎、寝具、使える部屋や設備など、できること・できないことを申し込み前に伝え、双方が合意した範囲で受け入れます。No. Meals, transport, bedding, rooms, and facilities are discussed before an application is confirmed. Hosting stays within what both people agree is available.
Q一緒に過ごして見えた記録は、誰が見られますか？
A
まず本人へ返します。企業連携は準備中で、企業へ共有する場合も、本人が内容と共有先を選び、明示的に同意した範囲だけです。採点、ランキング、自動合否には使いません。The record returns to the guest first. Company sharing is in preparation and, when available, will be limited to content and recipients explicitly chosen by the person. It is not used for scores, rankings, or automated hiring decisions.
Q仕事のオファーは、必ず届きますか？

いいえ、必ず届くものではありません。このサービスでは、一緒に過ごして見えたあなたらしさを、本人が希望する範囲で企業との出会いにつなげます。最初は企業からの「一度話したい」という声かけから。その先の対話や選考を経て、仕事につながる可能性が生まれます。企業連携は現在準備中です。No, an offer is not guaranteed. With your consent, KIBOU can help what others noticed about you become a reason for a company to start a conversation. That first invitation to talk may lead to further discussion, selection, and a job. Company connections are currently in preparation.
Qホストは、どのくらいの頻度で受け入れますか？
A
頻度と日程はホストが決めます。申し込みごとに受け入れ可否を確認でき、難しい場合は断れます。先行登録しただけで受け入れ義務は生じません。The host decides frequency and dates. Every application can be accepted or declined, and early registration creates no obligation to host.
Qホストへの謝礼はありますか？
A
KIBOUを通じ、本人が同意した範囲の体験情報を企業へ提供した場合、その情報提供に対してホストへ謝礼を返す制度を実装予定です。現在、金額や条件を設計しています。When consented insight from a stay is provided to a company through KIBOU, we plan to pay the host for that information. The amount and terms are currently being designed.
Q安全面で、まだ準備中のことはありますか？
A
本人確認と事前の条件確認を行います。一方で、KIBOU独自保険や24時間対応窓口など、運用条件を確定してから案内する項目があります。利用前に、実施中・選べる・未整備を分けて最新状況を伝えます。Identity and stay conditions are checked in advance. Some items, including any KIBOU-specific insurance or a 24-hour support line, still require operating terms to be finalised. Before use, we will separate what is active, optional, and not yet ready.
